Looking Back

School is finally over and vacation says hello.

It has been a tough semester for me and my classmates. We have done a lot of projects, programs, and reports which we thought we cannot make. But thank you to the good Lord who guided us in everything we did. Five months of school works with an absolutely high expectation from our professors was so stressful for us, especially for me 'cause I'm the kind who wants everything in the right place.

It's not just the academic thingy that stressed me and made me sick but also the hang-out-here-hang-out-there. I've been with different groups of different people from different age groups. Those things almost made me split my body into pieces just to cope with them, but don't worry I'm still doin' good. All body parts still attached.

Highlights of the last five months.

1. November 5-6, 2011 - I celebrated my birthday! I just didn't expected it because I told my mother that I'll just get the cash and buy the things I want. But to my surprise, my friends came over our house and they gave me a customized "Daydreamer" shirt because they know I'm an avid fan of Somedaydream.
Thank you to Gennin, Kathleen, Jasmine and Acever for this shirt. :)

Then the day after that, my relatives from Calamba came, so people at home cooked and made a sort of feast just to celebrate. Thank you to my cousins for the wonderful and delicious cake.
Thank you to Ate Gerlee, Ate Grace and Mommy Yollie for this cake! :)

2. December 16, 2011 - Gift-Giving Program. It was our professor's idea to give gifts to the Badjaos around Tanauan and Sto. Tomas. So we did it!

When we talk about this program, the first thing that comes to my mind is how I called a jeepney just to have a ride at 5:00 o' clock in the morning. We fetched the goods from our campus in the wee hours because the class agreed to give the goods early. Being the vice president of the class, I, together with my clique, took the responsibility to transport the goods from our campus to the meeting place. This is my favorite line, "Manong! Manong! Tanauan po?? Palengke po?? Oh, palengke daw! Bilis!" I was shouting so that the driver can hear me because I was 10-15 meters away from the jeepney. It was such an experience!

The man-made falls. The water that flows here comes from the mountain.
After the program, our clique spent the rest of the day eating and having fun. We tried to do hiking but we didn't make it. Despite the frustration, we found a beautiful man-made falls and huge rocks suitable for picture-taking. :D

This is my friend Noriel posed on the huge rocks.

3. December 23, 2011 - Outreach Program at San Pablo. It's almost Christmas Day but TB5 JAMMPEARS Overload still found time to send help to our fellow kababayans. It was tiring but H-A-P-P-I-N-E-S-S is more dominant. It was also a sort of bonding for us. We went to Sampaloc Lake to relax and help those in need. We rented bicycles. It was fun, fun, fun!!!

One of my favorite shots.
This photo has a story. :) Me and my friends are playing around while the others are still cooking the food. Then a friend hand me this chick. I guess it feels cold that time. I even told my friend that I'll put the chick on the pan, pandagdag sahog man lang. I was just joking so I held the chick on my hand and took a picture of it. I didn't notice that I got a nice shot until I came home.
A shot when we fetched my friend Ronald. A very good law-abiding citizen!

Sampaloc Lake, here we go!

Our first indigent is the brothers.

This was taken when we're almost done.

This is me with Elsha (left). We became buddies because of this program and other certain things.

4. February 9, 2012 - Bonding with Friends. One of the best days! We stayed at McDonald's Tanauan for several hours but we just ate a sundae. We took a lot of pictures! :D Thank you so much Gennin, Kathleen and Acever!
<speechless>

5. February 14, 2012 - Valentines Celebration. Being the singles, we organized a small valentine celebration at the same place, McDonald's, as usual. =D Unforgettable for us! We almost invaded the store. I've got a different kind of friends. The pictures below speak for themselves.
